Tim

Tim spent years as a first-line underwriter in bridging and development finance before moving to the broking side. That background means he knows exactly what lenders need to see to approve a deal — and more importantly, what makes them say no.

He's CeMAP qualified and works directly with every client from first call through to completion. When he's not chasing lenders or building the tech that powers our sourcing platform, he's most likely at a gig or rehearsal with his band.

Leanda

Leanda keeps everything running behind the scenes — admin, accounts, and the back office that makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

When you're juggling solicitors, valuers, and lenders on a tight deadline, having someone organised holding it all together makes a bigger difference than people realise.

We work with over 100 lenders — from high street banks to private funders and family offices — through a sourcing platform Tim built himself. That gives us the reach of a large brokerage with the personal service of a local one.
