You can put the project information into our calculators and apply to the lenders you want, without talking to us. You then get email support, or you can use
us as a traditional broker for a nominal, refundable on completion, fee.
Having previously been an underwriter for a lender, I know a lot of clients want to work directly rather than a broker, so we've done this to try and create a
balance of both.
